Rope Yoga
Rope yoga, also known as "yoga rope wall," is a style of yoga that incorporates the use of ropes attached to a wall to deepen stretches, support alignment, and enhance flexibility. It's a practice that blends traditional yoga postures with the assistance of ropes, offering practitioners the opportunity to explore poses in a new way.
Prop Yoga

Office Yoga
Office yoga refers to a set of yoga practices specifically designed to be done within an office environment. Given the sedentary nature of many office jobs, office yoga aims to counteract the physical and mental effects of prolonged sitting and stress.
Music Yoga
Yoga and music are both deeply intertwined practices that have been used for centuries to promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. The combination of yoga and music can enhance the overall experience and benefits of both practices
Dance Yoga

Yam Yog
Yamas: Social restraints and moral codes of yoga. The Yoga Sutra describes five different yamas, including ashimsa (non-violence), asteya (non-stealing), satya (truthfulness), aparigraha (non-possessiveness), and brahmacharya (celibacy or fidelity).
Niyama Yog
The word 'Niyama' often translates as 'positive duties' or 'observances', and are thought of as recommended habits for healthy living and 'spiritual existence'.
Asana Yog
Anyone who's taken a yoga class has probably heard the term “asana.” Asanas are the physical body positions or poses of yoga that form the foundation of a modern hatha yoga practice. While most classes only teach the basics, there is a wide range of difficulty and complexity of the yoga asanas.
Dharana Yog
Dharana is the sixth of the Eight Limbs of Yoga as described by Patanjali in the Yoga Sutras. It refers to concentration of the mind. Practicing dharana involves fixing the mind on a particular object — either external (such as an image or deity) or internal (such as a chakra).
Dhyan Yog
Dhyana is a term used for the seventh anga (limb or level) in the eight-step Yoga practice of Sage Patanjali. This state is penultimate to Samadhi or “absorption.” Unfortunately, the word dhyana is usually translated as meditation, implying a state of abiding calm.
Samadhi Yog
Samadhi refers to the complete stilling of the mind that allows the individual to be unified with the cosmic. In this stage, the yogi is completely detached from the material, and focused solely on the merging of his or her consciousness with a greater spiritual power. Ashtanga Yoga.
