Seated Spinal Twist: Sit up straight in your chair, place your right hand on the back of the chair and your left hand on your right knee. Inhale and lengthen your spine, then exhale and gently twist to the right, looking over your right shoulder. Hold for a few breaths, then repeat on the other side.
Neck Stretch: Sit tall and slowly tilt your head to the right, bringing your right ear towards your right shoulder. Hold for a few breaths, then switch sides.
Seated Forward Fold: Sit at the edge of your chair with your feet flat on the floor. Inhale and lengthen your spine, then exhale and hinge forward from your hips, bringing your chest towards your thighs.
